Mr. HAK Sophearith is a Director, Founder and Attorney-at-law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office, was admitted to the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia in 2015.

PROFEESIONAL EXPERIENCE

After graduating Bachelor Degree at Royal University of Law and Economics, Mr. HAK Sophearith continued his Master Degree in Administration at Royal University of Law and Economics.

Prior to joining PISSOTH & Associates Law Office in 2021, he served as an assistant of Judge at Phnom Penh Court for 5 years. After he served in this work, he was passed the Lawyer Student at Lawyer Training Center (LTC) and become a lawyer at 2015. During his work, he involves in Land dispute settlement commercial premise dispute settlement and represented and defended his local and foreign clients at all levels of court in various sectors including civil, criminal, family, banking and finance, real estate, commercial and administrative matter.

Currently, he is serving as an Advisor to the Office of the Council of Ministers and as the Vice President of the Jurist Team for Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

He speaks Khmer and English.
