Ms. MEY Socheat
Ms. Mey Socheat is an Attorney-at-Law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Before joining PISSOTH,  Ms. Mey socheat worked for a well-known law firms in Cambodia and a year over she worked as an assistant of Judge at the Supreme court.  She joined PISSOTH & Associates Law Office as a legal assistant since 2021. Afterward, she passed the Bar exam and became a lawyer student at Lawyer Training Center (LTC) of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in January 2022. Throughout many years of working in this legal field, she has gained knowledge and experiences regarding drafting report of civil cases and criminal cases at Supreme court, attending meeting, providing legal opinions to clients, cases review, preparing documents for proceeding of civil and criminal cases and assisting lawyers in legal proceedings in all levels of courts. More significantly, she participated in out-of-court dispute settlement with lawyers. She speaks Khmer and English.

Mr. CHHUON Kimse
Mr. Chhuon Kimse is an Attorney-at-Law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
During his Junior Year at Royal University of Law and Economics in 2018, Mr. Chhuon Kimse had worked for two different well-known law firms in Cambodia. His career journey as a legal assistant started from 2018 until 2021. Upon he graduated from his Bachelor Degree, he joined PISSOTH & Associates Law Office as a legal advisor since 2021. Throughout many years of working in this legal field, he has gained knowledge and experiences regarding attending meeting, providing legal opinions to clients, cases review, preparing documents for proceeding of civil and criminal cases and assisting lawyers in legal proceedings in all levels of courts. More significantly, he also participated in dispute settlement with lawyers outside the court. His career also focuses on drafting sales and purchases contracts, leases, mortgage agreements, termination agreements and other contracts. In addition, he also assists in company registration, taxes registration and preparing application for requesting a license from the relevant ministries and competent institutions. He speaks Khmer, English and Chinese.

Mrs. UN Rachana

Mrs. Un Rachana is an Attorney-at-law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office.

Professional Experiences

Prior to joining PISSOTH & Associates Law Office, Mrs. Rachana worked as an assistant of judge at Phnom Penh Court of Appeal from 2017 to 2019 where she gained in-depth knowledge in litigation and dispute resolution. She has mainly focused on legal proceedings and substantive laws in various cases.

Mr. PHAT Sophak

Mr. ​Phat Sophak is an attorney at law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Upon graduation in law from Royal University of Law and Economics, he had worked as a legal advisor for a well-known law firm in Cambodia for 7 years. As regards legal work, he earned knowledge and experiences regarding the working process at the various, legal procedures specifically on loan agreement, and other legal theories that are applicable. Additionally, he had often participated in meeting with team members and clients, providing legal consulting, preparing, adjusting, reviewing, and drafting relevant documents such as: contract, real estate and commercial documents and legally certified documents. He assisted in dispute settlement in court proceeding and outside the court. Furthermore, he has particular expertise on loan agreement between bank and bank, individual and bank, or individual and individual as well as checking and adjusting some documents for the bank. Mr. BUN Sodalid

Mr BUN Sodalid is an Attorney-at-law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office. He was admitted to the Bar Association of The Kingdom of Cambodia in 2020.

PROFEESIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining PISSOTH & Associates Law Office in 2021, he served as a legal advisor in a local law firm in Cambodia. During his experience of working in legal field, he has earned knowledge of working with several institutions regarding legal procedure and legal issue which have been executed in daily situation. Moreover, he provides legal advices to clients on legal procedures in both khmer and English as well as drafting contract which he cooperate with lawyer and dispute settlement inside and outside of the court and other commercial documents. Besides drafting documents, he has joined the hearing at all levels of courts.

Currently, he is the Vice President for Siem Reap Province of the Jurist team of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
