Ms. Mey Socheat is a Attorney-at-Law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Before joining PISSOTH,  Ms. Mey socheat worked for a well-known law firms in Cambodia and a year over she worked as an assistant of Judge at the Supreme court.  She joined PISSOTH & Associates Law Office as a legal assistant since 2021. Afterward, she passed the Bar exam and became a lawyer student at Lawyer Training Center (LTC) of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in January 2022. Throughout many years of working in this legal field, she has gained knowledge and experiences regarding drafting report of civil cases and criminal cases at Supreme court, attending meeting, providing legal opinions to clients, cases review, preparing documents for proceeding of civil and criminal cases and assisting lawyers in legal proceedings in all levels of courts. More significantly, she participated in out-of-court dispute settlement with lawyers. She speaks Khmer and English.

Mrs. UN Rachana

Mrs. Un Rachana is an Attorney-at-law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office.

Professional Experiences

Prior to joining PISSOTH & Associates Law Office, Mrs. Rachana worked as an assistant of judge at Phnom Penh Court of Appeal from 2017 to 2019 where she gained in-depth knowledge in litigation and dispute resolution. She has mainly focused on legal proceedings and substantive laws in various cases.

Mr. PHAT Sophak

Mr.​Phat Sophak is attorney at law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Upon graduation in law from Royal University of Law and Economics, he had worked as a legal advisor for a well-known law firm in Cambodia for 7 years. As regards legal work, he earned knowledge and experiences regarding the working process at the various, legal procedures specifically on loan agreement, and other legal theories that are applicable. Additionally, he had often participated in meeting with team members and clients, providing legal consulting, preparing, adjusting, reviewing, and drafting relevant documents such as: contract, real estate and commercial documents and legally certified documents. He assisted in dispute settlement in court proceeding and outside the court. Furthermore, he has particular expertise on loan agreement between bank and bank, individual and bank, or individual and individual as well as checking and adjusting some documents for the bank. Moreover, he can speak Khmer and English.

Mr. CHUM Chetra

Mr Chum Chetra is an Attorney-at-law at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office who was admitted to the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia in 2020.

PROFEESIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining PISSOTH & Associates Law Office in 2021, Mr. Chum Chetra served as a legal advisor in a local law firm in Cambodia for several years. During his experiences of working in legal field, he has earned knowledge of working with several institutions regarding legal procedures and applicable laws and regulations. In his profession, he mainly focuses on providing legal advices, drafting/preparing/reviewing contracts, settlement agreements and other legal documents, participating and facilitating in dispute resolution in the court proceeding and outside of the court. In addition, he has joint the hearing at all levels of courts in several sectors. In 2017, he was a former assistant of Delegates Secretary at Bar of Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. ​​He speaks Khmer and English.

Prior to joining PISSOTH & Associates Law Office in 2021, he served as a legal advisor in a local law firm in Cambodia. During his experience of working in legal field, he has earned knowledge of working with several institutions regarding legal procedure and legal issue which have been executed in daily situation. Moreover, he provides legal advices to clients on legal procedures in both khmer and English as well as drafting contract which he cooperate with lawyer and dispute settlement inside and outside of the court and other commercial documents. Besides drafting documents, he has joined the hearing at all levels of courts. Mr, BUN Sodalid can speak and write both Khmer and English very well.
