Mr. KANG Panha has been working as a Legal Advisor at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office since 2021. Being a part of PISSOTH & Associates Law Office, he has been participating in Cooperate team

and working with Legal Advisors and Lawyers. He actively supports to the team by providing an assistance in legal research, translating, meeting with clients and drafting contract. Beside the cooperate work, he also works on litigation case such as: drafting legal documents. Moreover, he is also responsible for administration work. According to those experiences, he has earned knowledge and improve his skill on legal field. Besides Khmer Language which is her mother tongue, he is good at English and French very well.

He has joint PISSOTH & Associates Law Office as a legal intern since February 2022. In his internship, he assists and works with legal assistant, legal advisors and lawyers which help him achieve positive results. Mr, Nut KhaySing Became a Member of PISSOTH & Associates Law Office in 2021. Before joining, He Has been working in a Law Office more than 2 years which focuses on documents delivery, namely complaints, statements and other relevant legal documents to the court. He speaks Khmer and English.

Mr. VEY Seav An

Ms. KEO Sophany

Ms. KEO Sophany is a legal advisor at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office.

PROFEESIONAL EXPERIENCE

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Ms. Keo Sophany pursued a Master degree in Public Contract Law at the University of Lumière Lyon II in France under the Excéllence d’Eiffel Scholarship.

Prior to joining the Office of Pissoth & Associate, she worked at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. After completing this job, she joined the Labor Dispute Department of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. Currently, she is also a lecturer in law at the Royal University of Law and Economics. During this time, she has been involved in drafting laws and regulations on construction, urban planning and land, labor disputes, drafting contract and other legal documents in both Khmer and English and participate in resolving labor disputes.

In addition to Khmer, she can speak and write English and French very well.

Mr. IN Phallith

Mr. IN Phallith is a legal advisor at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Prior to joining PISSOTH & Associates Law Office, Mr. In Phallith worked as a legal assistant started at Supreme Court from 2019 to 2020 where he earned knowledge and experiences in litigation. In 2020, he joined one of the leading law firm in Cambodia. At there, he mainly focused on both litigation and corporate work.

In 2021, he joined in PISSOTH & Associates Law Office as a legal assistant and Became a legal advisor in 2022. As a part of corporate team, he has been participating in variety of works such as: consulting regarding business management, preparing application for tax registration, business registration, and in liaising with officers of competent authorities. In addition, he is also responsible for drafting, examining and negotiating various types of real estate agreements as well as providing legal opinions on the establishment, construction of co-owned buildings and Borey development project. Moreover, he has particular expertise on consulting concerning Salse and purchase house and land. He speaks Khmer and English.

Mr. CHHUON Kimse
Mr. Chhuon Kimse is a legal advisor at PISSOTH & Associates Law Office
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
During his Junior Year at Royal University of Law and Economics in 2018, Mr. Chhuon Kimse had worked for two different well-known law firms in Cambodia. His career journey as a legal assistant started from 2018 until 2021. Upon he graduated from his Bachelor Degree, he joined PISSOTH & Associates Law Office as a legal advisor since 2021. Throughout many years of working in this legal field, he has gained knowledge and experiences regarding attending meeting, providing legal opinions to clients, cases review, preparing documents for proceeding of civil and criminal cases and assisting lawyers in legal proceedings in all levels of courts. More significantly, he also participated in dispute settlement with lawyers outside the court. His career also focuses on drafting sales and purchases contracts, leases, mortgage agreements, termination agreements and other contracts. In addition, he also assists in company registration, taxes registration and preparing application for requesting a license from the relevant ministries and competent institutions. He speaks Khmer, English and Chinese.
